Acquisitions
Auction: Our teams are currently always active at the auction block. We are doing due diligence on all of the properties at the auction prior to auction sales and we append them in buying cash. (try to include a picture of someone having cash in their hands )
Motivated Seller: We find and meet other ways people to meet who want to sell their houses; whether it is from divorce, inheritance, divorce, etc. We meet with the seller and understand their needs and provide them with an offer
Wholesale: Have your own rehab team? Have your own shop? But you are in need of inventory? Well, look no further! We provide Wholesale deals with tons of equity and tons of profit and we don’t add a lot of fees to do our deals.
REO/Foreclosures: We are connected with a lot of the REO brokers in the cities that we work in and we know asset managers directly and we work with bank executives that give us exclusive access and provide us with inventory that is not listed and is off market; so we get access to inventory that is off market and it gives us resources again that we are able to buy in bulk and we can achieve significant discounts.
Tax Liens: We auction as well when we are able to pick up houses as low as $500 worth 100,000; and so we are taking advantage of buying properties that have tax liens from the county. So we subsequently offer the opportunities for our investors to not have to go to an auction to get these opportunities that just provide capital to participate in the profit opportunity.
